Thank you Mandolyn for choosing me as the winner of the USC challenge. I had great fun creating the look! And now that we've enjoyed some California sun, let's jet off to the East Coast where we will check out our next campus: New York University or NYU.
I chose NYU because I used to study screenwriting with one of the teachers who taught Screenwriting in the Tisch School of The Arts, Mark Ronson my celeb crush, used to study there, and also because it's located in New York City, and you know how I feel about NYC! Not to mention, now it's getting a boost of popularity thanks to Gossip Girl choosing it as "the campus" to be with. Who knows, maybe we'll get to rub shoulders with Blair Waldorf and Vanessa Abrams? ;p
So get your looks ready for a tour of the Greenwich Village campus. I want to see how fabulous you look as a NYU student! Here are my looks for NYU, something casual but funky to wear to attend my classes. Now, it's your turn. Show me how you will dress if you are studying in NYU. Have fun everyone!
I'm not familiar with this groups so don't know yr challenge but boy do you look cute! Love the tees - you even gifted me the "imitation is..." one! LOVE ;)
How in the world have I never heard of this film until now? I mean, it has Sarah Jessica Parker, Bette Midler and Kathy Najimy - I should've heard of it and have at least seen it (I saw The First Wives Club), but no... I am so Disney-deprived that this is the first time I've heard of it. I really must look for it when I go DVD shopping.
It seems like these three Sanderson sisters are witches, and they are pretty proud of their corsets - so my look is a little witchy and a lot Moulin Rouge-ish, for some reason this looks more like a saloon girl than a witch... but I blame my not watching the movie for this interpretation ;p
I had so much fun doing this challenge. Thanks TDCiago for another great challenge, and sorry I'm so late with it!
Oh, I am so so late with this challenge, sorry Chocolateandfashion! I hope I haven't missed the deadline yet!
We didn't celebrate Halloween here in Indonesia, but I do love costumes so this is a fun challenge. And I decided for my look, I'm going to take a page out of Angelina Jolie and created something that says "the undead" - a cross between a vampire and zombie, if there's ever such a thing, but at the same time still wearable in a country that doesn't celebrate Halloween. ;p
I don't know how I'll look with Angelina's gray hair, so instead of dying my hair gray, I'd just put on a black and gray beret - I figured with my dark hair and a little blood, it'd look just as scary.
Ha, this is so much fun. Thanks Chocolateandfashion for another great challenge!
eek! scary Binky! NOT! You do look hot tho ;) I just read about the Brange-s trick or treating today & I would truly die if they knocked on my door with the Brange-y rainbow crew - wouldn't you?!
Hello my fashionista sisters! It's Friday and it's time for another Freaky Friday challenge. I hope you are all having a great start of the weekend so far!
Okay, this week, our mother-daughter team are sharing a printed skirt. I actually have this skirt for some time now in my favorites, but I could never figure out how to use it. So I think it's a good idea to make this the item for our challenge, don't you think? ;p
How would your fabulous mother-daughter duo rock this skirt? This is what I come up with: Left: Mother: Pairing the skirt with a nude top but going a little fun with the booties. Right: Daughter: Bright, colorful and funky - as any teenager should.
I hope you all are enjoying this week's challenge, have fun!
awesomeness - you know I love this skirt! I would never pick it for myself but when it is thrust upon me I think YES i LOVE it! love yr styling too doll:)
This is a great idea for a group, there are so many pieces that are so versatile and can be taken to different kind of events! And who better than our fabulous New Yorker Crimine to come up with this idea? Love it, girl!
Okay, I personally would never wear that blouse, simply because it's so not me. It's gorgeous - but just so not me. I'd look weird wearing it. So my looks are inspired by one fab New Yorker I know, the gorgeous Hepburn (we miss you, girl! Come back!). I think this is how she'll wear the blouse.
Left: Uptown: Charity lunch at The Met museum. Fab heels and fur are definitely a must! Right: Downtown: Photography exhibit opening party. Going a little casual but funky with jeans and a fab hat. After all, this is the artsy crowd. ;p
I had so much fun with this! Thanks Crimine for a wonderful new group and great new challenge!
