I had such a huge crush on this man when he first broke into the big time a few years ago. He's just so damn sexy, with that Irish accent and his bad boy rebellious attitude, I just want to throw him on the bed and do some very naughty things... ;p
But, he's changed now. He's now a dedicated father and a serious actor and I applaud him for that. You can't stay a "bad boy" forever, after a certain age, it's just pathetic. However, my look is for me and the old Colin Farrell to go out to a pub in Dublin and drink some Irish whiskey together. Because, let's face it - naughty fantasies need a bad boy in them. ;p
Ah, Colin Farrell. You sexy thing.
Thanks for another great challenge, Step It Up A Notch! Sorry I'm so late with this!
Congratulations Vrhino for winning last week's Garde-Robe challenge!
Okay, this week's challenge is a little hard, because I never really thought of what agenda I'm trying to convey with what I wear. But I suppose if I really think of it, I like looking sexy in the most comfortable way if that makes any sense at all. And yet, I live in a country where it's not always the best idea to show a lot of skin, because we'll draw unwanted attention from strangers and yes, they tend to harass women who look a little sexy. It's not physical harassment - they don't try to pinch our butt or whatever, but they would whistle or say the most inappropriate things, and it's just a little too much sometimes. So I have to be smart about it. I still want to look sexy and show off my "goods" (hey, when you got em, flaunt em, right? ;p) - but I try to do it in the subtlest way. If I wear a top or dress with plunging neckline, I'll wear a scarf to cover up but leave a little peak for my cleavage. If I wear shorts or mini skirts, then I'll wear a knee-high socks or colored tights, so I can still show off my legs without showing too much. And if I already wear a sexy top, I'll pair it with jeans or pants not shorts or mini skirt. The trick is in showing just enough before it crosses the line between just admiring glances and outright harassment.
So I don't know if that really answers the question, but that's my agenda in wearing what I normally wear. I want to look sexy. It's my thing. That's why I have so many pairs of skinny jeans that accentuate my ass (and I have to struggle putting them on during the fat days ;p) and low plunging tops. But I also hate being harassed, so I try to find the right balance. This outfit is one example, tho it's a little too hot to wear this right now. Maybe during the really rainy days ;p
Phew, that was tough! Thanks Vrhino for such a great challenge!
Oh, this is definitely my dream bathroom. I wish the bathroom in my new house is like this - it's so amazing! I love the graphic wall and the dark tiles with the pop of pink everywhere. Fabulous!
For my look, I decided to take the graphic wall and interpreted it with that dress, and accented it with the pink hat, clutch and cardigan. I love that art deco ring, it's so cool and it might come in handy in a fight ;p
I always enjoy creating challenges for this group, thanks Ashley303 for choosing great rooms for us every week!
I love Madonna. She's not only a brilliant artist - she's a true creative powerhouse. She is known for constantly reinventing herself and even now that she's over 50, (or at least 50, how old is she now?), she can still compete with artists half her age and win. That's just the amazingness of Madonna.
I know she's been getting slack for dating a 22 year old guy, among other things - but she's Madonna. If she wants to date a guy more than half her age, she's going to do it and guess what, she can pretty much get away with it! That's what I love the most about her, she lives by her own rules and she's always fabulous!
This is my look for the fab momma, I chose something sexy, edgy and a little quirky - after all, who can forget her bunny ears at the Met gala? ;p
Thank you Mandolyn for choosing me as the winner of the USC challenge. I had great fun creating the look! And now that we've enjoyed some California sun, let's jet off to the East Coast where we will check out our next campus: New York University or NYU.
I chose NYU because I used to study screenwriting with one of the teachers who taught Screenwriting in the Tisch School of The Arts, Mark Ronson my celeb crush, used to study there, and also because it's located in New York City, and you know how I feel about NYC! Not to mention, now it's getting a boost of popularity thanks to Gossip Girl choosing it as "the campus" to be with. Who knows, maybe we'll get to rub shoulders with Blair Waldorf and Vanessa Abrams? ;p
So get your looks ready for a tour of the Greenwich Village campus. I want to see how fabulous you look as a NYU student! Here are my looks for NYU, something casual but funky to wear to attend my classes. Now, it's your turn. Show me how you will dress if you are studying in NYU. Have fun everyone!
I'm not familiar with this groups so don't know yr challenge but boy do you look cute! Love the tees - you even gifted me the "imitation is..." one! LOVE ;)
