...elusive, fleeting and temporary. For me, JOY is the feeling we get whenever we experience something extraordinarily good -- like giving birth to a child hence the expression "BUNDLE OF JOY". However not very many of us, if at all, experience JOY every moment of everyday. I am sure there are a lot of people in this world that probably do not even know what JOY feels like. Therefore, we should not take it for granted. And because JOY is elusive, fleeting and temporary, to experience it more often, I associate it with the simpler things in life -- like watching a baby smile, having a scoop of my favorite ice cream flavour, feeling the sand between my toes as I walk barefeet on the beach, etc. Try it and I'm sure you'll enJOY :-)
