Every season, we select a unique print for our Limited Edition Pataloha® Dress. For the 30th anniversary of Pataloha, we chose a historic pattern that honors Rell Sun, the Queen of Makaha. A close friend to Patagonia, she helped create the Pataloha collection, searching Hawai’i and the South Pacific for patterns that captured her heart. In Auntie Rell’s memory, this ti leaf print is a direct reissue of one of her favorites from the mid-1990s. Made from soft 3.7-oz 100% organic cotton with empire styling and a scoop neck, the dress has elegant gathers and an adjustable tie under the bust for added support; the feminine, A-line silhouette has hidden on-seam pockets for stashing a few simple essentials on the way to the beach. Length falls above the knee.
