A cover girl is a woman whose photograph is featured on the front cover of a magazine. She may be a model, celebrity or entertainer. The term would generally not be used to describe a casual, one-off appearance by a person on the cover of a magazine.
In this group, we'll be using magazine covers as inspiration and will be styling our looks based around the week's given 'Cover Girl'. At the end of the week, a new winning look will be chosen by the previous week's winner and the creator of that look will pick a new cover for inspiration. As long as the cover girl fits the criteria above, any cover is fair game, including vintage covers and those appearing on unexpected, obscure, or non-fashion publications.
