Hi, all you have to do in SS is just create looks, whatever inspires you. Add items to your favorites, click "Create A Look" and let your creativity flow. I encourage you to join various groups, here in SS Parties we throw virtual parties (anyone can throw a party for any reason any time), and invitations are posted on the Group Topics. Challenges groups usually have weekly challenge, some are winner sets next challenge types, some are challenges set by group hosts types. Just browse around the Groups page and join whichever group you like and join in on the challenges/parties whenever you feel like. Most of all, just have fun! Welcome to Shopstyle!

I have a question... How do people's looks get displayed in the community looks section on the home page?

I don't really know how it works myself, but I think the looks that get displayed are picked by Shopstyle Team themselves, probably based on the number of likes and/or comments.
