Keep squeezing while rubbing the serum onto front surfaces of teeth with the applicator tip to whiten . Be sure each tooth is thoroughly coated with the serum.Step 2: Press the “G” button to turn on the light. Insert Smile Whitening Light into mouth and shine the light on teeth until it beeps and shuts off . Immediately repeat ampoule plus light process two more times, for a total of three passes of ampoule plus light. One full treatment requires three ampoules and about 30 minutes. Do not eat, drink, or rinse for 20 minutes after use.
