His goal was to combine comfort with structure. Sold in sets of 2. Modeled from die-cast aluminum strips, Chair_One was highly controversial when introduced. People thought it looked uncomfortable. Designer Konstantin Grcic knew how comfortable it was-and how superior his chair was to those that look comfortable but aren't. His goal was to combine structure with comfort.
