Her first job was in the field of contemporary dance as art director and costume and set designer. Later she undertook research at the Domus Academy in Milan. From 1990 to 1998 she was in charge of the Centro Studi Alessi, where she operated as meta-project designer and art director, coordinating workshops both in-house and in association with various universities and design institutes the world over. She was also involved in publishing and communications activities. Items which entered production in that period are identified with the acronym ôCSAö. Since 2004 products overseen by Ms. Polinoro have been identified with the letters "LPWK" Paolo Gerosa He graduated from Politecnico di Milano with full marks in 2005. While studding he started the activity as Interior Designer realizing numerous public and private works. In 2006-2007 he worked for the research center of Baleri Italia, participating to the development of new lines of products. Since the early stages of research his main focus was on product design and on the expressing capacities of the industrial products. He exhibited at every Milan Triennale from 1940 on, winning many awards. For the latter, based on the theme "Leisure time, living time", Pier Giacomo Castiglioni was a member of the Executive Committee. He was particularly active as the curator of exhibition installations for national and international institutes and leading companies attending national and international exhibitions: Montecatini, RAI, ENI, Triennale di Milano, Mostre Esposizioni Torino, "Italia 61", AGIP. Luigi Caccia Dominioni Italy1913 - Born in Milan in 1913, Dominioni graduated in architecture from the Polytechnic of Milan in 1936 and in the same year he started his activity in Venice together with Livio and Pier Giacomo Castiglioni, with whom he won the competition held at the Vimercate School. In the field of Industrial design he was considered a "pioneer,ö and eventually set up a collection of his signature furniture and objects. The "Caccia" cutlery he designed for Alessi are on permanent display at the Museum of Modern Art of New York as an example of fine functional design.
