my new "go-to" panWe had become discouraged with the non-stick pans and wanted to try an excellent quality one instead. It is a good size for our many one-dish meals, sauteed or stir-fried. I've only used it a few times so far but am delighted to have it in my kitchen.

Looks nice and that is itCooks eggs, bbq chicken tendors okay but what a pain to clean. You have to break out a SS cleaner and use a lot of hand pressure to clean. I cook at low to med on natural gas and this is the worst pan.I used it 4 times and cannot stand the pan. I have other 18/10 SS pans and clean way easier by hand.Skip this item, sorry.

A GiftThis is a beautiful pan - heavier than my pan that is just stainless steel. It's for a gift, so we'll see how my son likes it.

Beautiful pan, but too heavy for me!Right out of the box I knew I would not be able to handle this pan without a 'helper' handle opposite the main handle as other large skillets have.
