A pricey panA friend of mine has this pan and loves it, as someone who cooks and entertains a lot, i thought about purchasing, but got stuck on the price, not cheap. However I did buy it and it is wonderful, worth every penney. It is terrific for short ribs and really anything. I am now an All Clad fan!

A pan I use for everythingI have a similar pan that I have used for over 10 years. It is a pan that I use almost everyday for all kinds of cooking. It goes from stove top to oven to the table. I have another home I wanted this pan for and finally found a similar one. I believe All Clad pans are the best. This pan cleans very easily no matter what is prepared.

Great Braiser, typical All Clad qualityThis braiser is easily big enough to prepare a dinner for 4 people. The quality of this braiser is Top Notch as usual for an All Clad product. I suppose you could use this braiser as a substitute for a similarly sized tagine. Easy to brown your meat on the stovetop and then slide it directly into the oven and slow cook with all your veggies. The ultimate in "Mis en Place" which I translate as don't make a bigger mess than necessary. Best to buy one when they're on sale. I own a ton of All Clad and usually buy it whenever a piece goes on sale. In my opinion All Clad is simply the best.
