Anthropologie AG Stevie Ankle Cords
Growing from a boutique line to a premium denim powerhouse within a few short years is no small feat, but Los Angeles-based AG took it in stride, simultaneously becoming an innovator of fits, finishes and washes. We love the Stevie for its versatility and its exclusivity: this fab fit is available only here. Plush and slim from hip through ankle, these cords are a sweater season staple.

Very ComfyThe description says high waist but it fits perfectly and not too high all. The fabric is soft and so comfy.

These don't fit the same as last year'sI'm disappointed in AG's this year. I've bought & returned several pairs of Stevie Ankle jeans/ cords. They just don't have that same flattering cut that they used to. They're lower rise, they gap in the back, and they stretch out & slide down. I'm on the search for a new favorite jeans brand.

Love!!!I'm a big fan of AG denims and cords because they are made in the USA. I own a couple of cords from last season and they do not fade with washing. Was so excited when I saw these because I am petite and these are the perfect inseam. While they might be short on others, they are perfect on my 5'2" frame. Get these while you can!

A KEEPER.I love Stevie jeans, but they do sometimes gape at the waist for me. I was on the fence about these for a minute, because I wasn't sure if I should size down, but I stuck with the larger size, because I want these to be comfortable and slouchy.I'm a tall slim hourglass, usually a 6/8 in Anthro stuff and a 28 in designer jeans. However, because my waist is proportionally smaller and my hips and thighs fuller, when buying slim-fitting styles I either buy jeans that are designed specifically for curvy shapes, or size up and nip in the waist with a couple of darts to prevent the gape.I bought these in a 29. They are pretty stretchy, and there is quite a bit of room in the rear and a little bit of extra room in the waist, but I think if I sized down they would be too clingy and I'd lose the casual and comfortable effect, which is what I want from these. I will have to put darts in the back, but the pants look lovely, so it's worth the extra effort for a gorgeous pair of cords. The fabric is thick, soft and velvety, and because the cord is substantial and textured, they don't look like jeggings despite the stretch. They also don't look like they'll attract too much fluff, which is great. I hate having to brush down casual pants before leaving the house.I love the shape of these. They hug the thighs and are slimmer through the calf, but they're not TIGHT through the calf, which is quite flattering. The land a few inches above the ankle for me (like on the model) and I love that the ankle opening is a couple of inches wider than my ankle. It just balances me out a little, and lengthens the leg.I avoided skinny jeans for years, because I thought bootcut were more flattering for my shape, but once I tried AG Stevies I never looked back. They really do make my legs look long and elegant. Somehow the effect is quite slimming. And while I want these to be comfortable, they actually look really smart with some dressy oxfords and a jacket. The chocolate brown shade is so versatile, too. I'd definitely recommend trying these.

Love Love LoveI have the yellow and just ordered the turquoise! I may also order the grey! These pants are comfortable and flattering. I've got a bit of a JLo "back" and many pants that fit my "back" are then huge in the waist. These are PERFECT. Love Love Love.
