Beautiful dress but order size up!This dress is very beautiful--I love the beading over lace at the top of the dress...I love little details like that. It just fits tighter than I'd like it to. My size fits but to be comfortable, I'd prolly like a size up. I think it's snug at the top chest part and has a small neck opening. I have a pretty small head so if it's squeeze for me, I'm not sure how it is for others. Also, when it came in the mail--it had a funky smell to it like chemicals and what-not. So I had to air it out for a few days before I could even put it away in the closet. I'm not sure if it was glue or what but it came from the beads but now it's all good so ehh...no big deal. Just know it's snug.

love the lengthThe length is great the fit is perfect I'm between a 4-6 went for a 6. I'm small on top frame wise and bust wise but it does look a bit like a maternity dress the way it hangs. It is a pretty dress and is so hard to find a dress long enough it hangs a few inches above my knee.

Odd fitOut of the box, the dress is beautiful. I was very excited to try it on . However, I had difficulty getting ithe 4P over my head and it was very tight across the chest even with my small frame. I am considering exchanging it for a regular 4 - not sure if it's worth the effort after reading the other reviews. What a disappointment.

Darling!Fell in love with this dress online and have been struggling to get the right size. For reference I'm 5'5", 140lbs. with a bust of 34D. I read about the length of the dress to begin with so I ordered an 8P but it was too tight across the bust. At that time the 10p was sold out so I tried the regular size 10. It fit but was a bit long....a good inch below my knees. So now the 10p which is available again is on the way and I'm hoping it will work! It's a comfortable yet playful dress that I plan to take to Jamaica next month and wear for holiday parties.

Just "Eh"I am typically a size 0 but occasionally a 2. So I ordered this dress in both sizes. 0 hasn't arrived yet, but the 2 fits quite snugly. It was even a slight challenge to get the dress over my head, which has never happened to me before.I'd say this is a dress to size up in, especially if you are between sizes. And if you are busty at all, you probably will have to size up two sizes! I am a 32b (barely!) and there was no breathing room in the chest once I zipped up in size 2 (braless). And while I don't have much at all in the chest region, this dress made me look especially flat -- it absolutely smashes down your chest. The beading portion stopped just beneath my chest, and from there the dress flowed outward full and loose.Because the full skirt starts literally just below the bust, it does not show off the slimness of one's torso and your body really loses all shape. (Perfect if you plan to eat... a lot... at holiday parties, I suppose.) The dress is rayon, but the skirt portion feels/looks like chiffon -- has a lovely light and flow-y feel to it. I am 5'8" and the dress hung just below my knee - a little longer than pictured. The length + very conservative cut (and my flat-chestedness) made the dress look very matronly and boring. If I keep it, I'll probably have it taken up just above the knee. The beading is very pretty, but my dress arrived with several beads missing and snags in the existing beadwork. Argh! I'm really on the fence with this one... not sure it's worth full price. :-/
