Wholly HolesI really love the fit of this sweater. For a tunic sweater it is so flattering on. My problem is the quality of knit. I looked at several sweaters in two different Anthro stores and most of them had some part of the yarn coming undone and/or the knitted pattern was coming unraveled or had larger stitches that made them look like holes. I finally gave up because I didn't want to pay that price and have to look at holes or unraveled yarn. Too bad because it's so cute.

Scratch the itchI received this sweater in the neutral color as a gift from my MIL this Christmas. I love the look of it and found the fit flattering. They don't show the sides in the pictures, but the front and back are slightly longer than the sides, and the way it curves up is extremely flattering for a tunic sweater. It When I initially put it on, I found it soft and cozy, but after a day of wearing it, it started to feel itchy. I will probably continue to wear it with a long sleeve shirt under it. It is quite warm, even without an under shirt, but since I live in a cold environment, it will still be comfortable. I would not recommend this product if you have even moderately sensitive skin unless you plan to wear something underneath.

Great design, but seemingly fragileI bought a Size M in the Cream/Neutral color after much hunting for this sweater. I loved the product shot online, as it looked like one of those classic sweaters I could pull out every winter. I live in San Francisco and it's cozy and warm enough for our moderate temperatures here, but this sweater won't be warm enough for the colder cities. It definitely has an itch factor, says my more sensitive sister. I can't tell, but then, I can wear 100% wool without a fidget.HOWEVER: I visited three stores to find a piece that didn't have loops of yarn pulled out in random locations. It is not a close knit and in many of the sweaters on racks, the pattern in the front had been tugged or stretched or the cowl area of the sweater had loops of yarn pulled out. Also, in many of the sweaters in the cream color, there is a line of loops in the right front armpit area (where arm and body meet) that are more sparse than the same line of loops in the left side. You don't notice the difference until you put it on. I'm usually a Size S, but I purchased a Size M because of this pattern flaw. The Size M pulls less and the issue is far less noticeable.

Love, love, loveThis sweater is beautiful and a perfect birthday gift to myself! I ordered in the lavender and turquoise and am keeping the lavender (the turquoise color was a little stronger than pictured and not what I was looking for). Looks wonderful on, a little baggy, but fits the style perfectly. I am very sensitive to wools and even pure merino wool needs something underneath. This was no exception, but once I have that extra layer on, itchiness is gone. Looking forward to wearing for years to come.

Comfy and worth every penny! This is another one of those soft as anything sweaters that you absolutely need in your closet for those "yuck" days where you need something to make you feel good enough to leave the house, looking cute and being comfortable. The oatmeal color has flecks of brown and the pockets are well placed. I usually run a size 8-10 in Anthro tops & dresses, so the medium fit perfect and still was roomy enough to wear a long sleeve tee underneath, there's minor itch factor but I'm super sensitive. I love the longer length so there's no ride up.
