Beautiful but way too much going onThis skirt is gorgeous! The design and construction was executed flawlessly (there is even ribbon tied to the zipper for a little something extra). Definitely would be a keeper if it didn't swallow me whole. I am 5'7; 130lbs and a size 2 and the skirt just swallowed every inch of my lower half. It was heavy, poofy and has too many sequins. Also, it was too flared; I thought the skirt was going to be more straight lined with a little flare. The flare on this skirt made the shape more A-line. There were so many sequins that the skirt made noise and reflected light; I kind of felt like a disco ball. Unfortunately this one is going back.

Beautiful but heavyI've been updating my wardrobe with some more fun shirts and skirts, and got this on sale after Christmas. I got the 2P, which is my normal size. It is a bit longer of a skirt, so I opted for petite. It is on the delicate side, and rather pricey, but for its detail is well worth it. You probably don't have many items this pretty in your wardrobe.

Brightens my closetAlthough pricy, this skirt was something that I could not possibly pass up. I have worn it several times and each time have received a myriad of compliments. It truly is a special article of clothing that is sure to go to good use. It is even more beautiful in person. One drawback would be how delicate it is, as when I received it, one string immediately became loose but I was able to quickly fix it; not sequins fell off. As far as fitting goes, I would size one size down as it does run a tad large. Overall, I would highly recommend this skirt if you are looking for a gorgeous addition to your wardrobe.

The most gorgeous item of clothing I ownI just received this in the mail and it is ridiculously stunning in person. I'm in love with this! I have never bought Eva Franco and I wasn't sure what size skirt I'd be. I'm typically a 2 to 6 in skirts depending on the design. I ordered the 2 and it fits perfectly - sits at belly button and grazes my knees (I'm 5'4" about 125lbs with a curvy bottom and small waist so I prefer A-line skirts). I think a size 4 would be fine as well but would sit lower at the waist and since the length is good in the 2, I don't need to size up.The blush lining is a 97% cotton and 3% spandex and it has a thick weight to it. The outer later is a delicate lace with patches of blush pearlescent circular palettes outlined with gold tiny palettes. The exposed side zipper is a heavy good quality gold with a pretty blush ribbon attached to the pull and it adds a fancy touch. This is such a beautiful design and I could see it priced for hundreds more at other stores. Can't wait to wear this - just have to find something to pair with it.
