BEAUTIFUL chairI bought two of the sand linen color when they went on sale around Halloween. I've been eyeing these chairs for about two years now and have looked EVERYWHERE, online and in store, in at least five different cities including three huge metropolises, for chairs that I liked as much as these. Antique stores, modern designers, you name it. I never did find anything else, so I bit the bullet and jumped at the opportunity during the furniture sale. They arrived yesterday evening, exactly two weeks after I placed the order.I am so happy with these chairs. The only downside I can think of is that it would be nice if you could sink into them more; they're a little firm. BUT. The shape is absolutely perfect for sitting cross-legged in - and my cat doesn't want to ever jump down from my lap when I sit like that. It's his new favorite way to sleep. I was a little worried reading other reviews that they would be TOO deep, but they're not, and you can definitely bend your legs and put your feet flat on the floor, which is awesome for not-so-tall people. (Possibly, as said before, not so good for older people who would have problems getting up from a low seat.) The linen is a pretty heavy gauge. The color does veer more towards the "off" than the "white" of off-white, and they have a slight beige/yellowish tinge. And I'll be Scotchgarding the heck out of these things. That said, I am SO happy with these; they are low, gorgeous to look at, comfortable to sit in, and they'll be treasured for years to come. Thank you, Anthro, for making a versatile color!

Crazy about my CorriganI bought the last one in Ochre-linen (a mustard color). The chair is very comfortable. It sits low and the seat is very long--if I push my back all the way into the chair, I can actually extend my legs flat out and the seat ends at mid-calf (I'm 5'7"). The fabric is a thick linen and the color is true to what I saw on the screen. My _only_ complaint is that the photo online showed the Ochre linen chair with multi-colored tufts and the tufts are not colored at all, they're just the same as the rest of the fabric. It was a detail I was looking forward to, but in the end I'll get over it. Quick delivery! Very satisfied.

Comfortable.favorite chairI have two of these chairs in my living room in the green bell pepper leather that was available a few years ago. The quality is excellent. Vanguard Furniture manufactures. Everyone always comments on how comfortable the chairs are. No one wants to give their seat up. I think I purchased in 2008. They still are in perfect condition.
