As mentioned before, the pink on this dress is not like the picture. The dress is super long on me, going to my knees. In theory, this dress is super adorable, but on me, it made me look very frumpy. Definitely returning this dress.

This dress is super cute and the small fit me just right! I got this dress on sale and it was totally worth it!

The color of this is quite cute in person, though like the other reviewer said, the pink is a lot brighter in person. I'm normally a size S or M at modcloth, but the S for me was a bit too small on top, so if you have the same measurements as me, you may want to size up. It made my arm fats bunch up:TThe stitching on the back was coming out before I even tried it on. Returned. Sad because the color, as well as the bottom part was quite cute on me. It might be worth it when it was on sale, but definitely not worth $65.
Megan - Review from ModCloth
This dress looked cuter in the pictures than in real life. The top is more of a bright salmon than pink. The bottom reminded me a little of a Halloween witch's costume. It was very poofy. I thought the top would be cute since it was asymmetrical, but it didn't really work for me. It also made my torso look pretty short and I looked wide and frumpy when I put it on. Granted, it was a little large, but it's definitely not what I'm looking for in a cute party dress. Back it goes!
