Everyone should have one of theseI like to roast many types of veggies in the oven. But it can, at times, result in stuff terribly baked on, especially when my Mother does it since I can't convince her to use a glass dish, she insists on using a metal jelly roll pan.So in frustration, I bought this and Voila! Problem solved. She has a jelly roll pan that NOTHING STICIS TO. It's amazing. I've even TRIED to bake stuff onto it and it just doesn't happen.It's sturdy and therefore a bit weighty, but not excessively so at all, It cooks things better, better, quicker and I congratulate myself on buying it everytime I wash it. I'd have my name engraved on it if I could.Get the big one, it's a standard size jelly roll pan.

Easy cleanup!I was amazed by the weight/sturdiness of the pan. It came as a set of two and I shared with my daughter-in-law. Bakes cookies beautifully! Cinnamon rolls slid out faster than I was ready :-) Beautiful pans. Wish they had a bit more of a 'lip' to grab when taking out of the oven.

Most used pan in my kitchenI bought the Large Ceramic Coated Jelly Roll Pan to replace my 9 x 13 Stone Bar Pan that literally cracked in the oven after 15 years of use. I LOVE this pan. I use it for roasting vegetables, baking cookies, and baking Chicken Thighs, Pork Chops, etc. I refuse to use Aluminum foil in any of my cooking so, the ease of clean with the ceramic coating on this pan is ideal and a joy for me, the cook and bottle washer. No sticking...EVER! It is a healthy, green way to bake. I HIGHLY recommend this pan. My only regret is that I missed the christmas discount on the Large/Medium offer of $29.95.
