Through various experimentsthey were able to successfully create the waffle texture Sekine desired in linen. With neatly squared corners and basicfunctional shapesthere1s an honest simplicity to Sekine's workwhich is also reflected in how the Fog Linen Collection began. When Sekine had her first small apartmentshe decided to make herself a few thingslike an apron and a cover for her teapot. When she moved to a larger apartmentshe needed a few more thingslike a kitchen cloth and pot holder.
