Raymond W - Review from Zappos
You don't tell me what size the flat area is on the bottom of the disk so I don't know how many, if any,of the heating elements on my new induction stove will work with this product. I just had my kitchen completely remodeled including a new KichenAid induction cook top. This stove has two 7" dia. heating elements that can be bridged to work together but I can find no griddle that will fit these bridged elements. In addition, I have a 6" dia. heating element and a 11" dia. heating element. KichenAid sells their own brand of cookware but they don't sell a griddle to fit my cooktop. Their cookware is marketed and sold through Meijer Corporation. When I called about the KitchenAid cook ware, they told me they knew nothing about KitchenAid cooktops or the suitability of the KitchenAid cookware for individual KitchenAid cooktops like mine.
