Great Quiche DishI have more than one Emile Henry dish, but this is my new favorite. Quiche made in this dish cooks uniformly and is easy to get out of the dish. It washes beautifully, and an extra bonus is that it's pretty!

A perfect tart dishMy Emile Henry "quiche" dish arrived in perfect condition, albeit excessively well-packed in enough paper to protect it from the end of the world. The color is more green than olive, which pleased me better than olive, and the bottom of the dish was perfectly flat, though a bit abrasive to my countertops until I smoothed it a little with the bottom of another ceramic plate. I use it for baking fruit, but I have no doubt it will make a perfect quiche when asked to. I've had other Emile Henry ceramics for over 30 years and the brand has proved reliable over time. CHEFS was the only seller that offered the green color.
