Durable adventure chicI needed a secondary pair that will travel well, enable me to dash through international air terminals, hike through the woods on mushrooms hunts in France, or trek to the store at home.I think these will fill the bill, while looking rather dashing.I only gave them four stars right now as they were pretty stiff, and somewhat difficult to get on - especially with socks. Fortunately, my husband's shoe horn works well. I'll have to remember to take a spare shoe horn with me when I travel. They're also a bit stiff right now, but I have another pair of Jambu shoes, and they broke in and are very comfortable now. These are perfect with jeans, athletic pants, leggings ... even some skirts with tights.

Yes, but...I already own a black pair of these shoes so I know their shortfalls. Jambu runs small I was told and these did. I exchanged the first pair for a half size larger. I ordered that size for these brown ones. They are hard to get on. I have to use a shoe horn (or spoon). Once on they are on my feet they are fine, comfortable, good walkers, and look good. Maybe a zipper would help getting them on and off. I like them.I am a vegetarian and do not do leather but I like nice shoes. Jambu has good styles.

Jambu "gourmet"This is a very attractive and comfortable shoe. It's a bit stiff and snug and a little hard to get on, but once it's on, it's very comfortable. I have several pairs of J-41 shoes, which are made by the same company, and they seem a little roomier and more comfortable than the "gourmet,", even though Jambu is the higher end of their line. I wanted a shoe that I could wear in the winter and that didn't have mesh panels, and these seem like they might be a good choice. I'm planning to wear them in the house for a bit before I decide if I'm keeping them, as they are just a little more snug than I like.
