How to Use John Frieda Sheer Blonde Go Blonder Controlled Lightening Spray: After washing and conditioning, spray thoroughly on towel-dried hair, then style as usual. For optimal lightening, use a flat iron or curling wand after blow drying. Use only on clean, wet hair. Use only once between hair washings. Wash hands immediately after use. Do not use on natural brown or darker shades of hair. Do not use on intensively bleached hair (lightened 4-8 shades), platinum, or white shades of blonde.
