The more than 150 year-old wool mill that manufactures these blankets wastes nothing and recycles everything as part of its business and manufacturing model.The company’s state-of-the-art water processing equipment takes waste heat during processing and pre-heats the incoming water supply through the use of heat-exchangers. This gives an estimated 93% energy re-use. The wool is shorn from live sheep, all of which are treated humanely.
