Lands' End Toddler Boys' Down Puffer Jacket
Toddler Boys' : 2T, Toddler Boys' : 3T
As industry prices increase other retailers are either turning to synthetic alternatives or getting rid of down items entirely. The other guys might be getting out, but we’re still getting down. We continue to offer the best value in down outerwear with 600 fill-power feather insulation (the higher, the better insulating ability) to keep kiddos warm without a lot of weight. And we use our special water-repellent finish to keep them dry. With plenty of pockets for stowing hats and gloves and our cool-kid retro styling so he can stand out in the elements.

Great CoatI bought this coat for our 11 year old grandson and he loves it. The coat is perfect for our cold and snowy winter this year. He played for hours in the snow wearing the coat and especially liked the wrist guards built into the sleeves to keep snow and cold out. He's one of those kids who doesn't like to wear a heavy coat and this down-filled coat makes it lighter than traditional insulation without sacrificing warmth. The deck gray color is a blue color - his favorite - and the red contrast is very classy and tasteful. I'm thrilled that LE makes the coat available in the Husky size, making a much better fit for our boys and will probably allow him to wear it next year, too. I highly recommend this coat.

If your child is shaped like a barrel, this is the jacket for you. Otherwise, forget it.I ordered this jacket b/c it was the best quality down warm jacket I could find, for the best price. I ordered two down jackets for my daughters a few days prior that worked out well. Most other jackets were at least twice or even three times the price and not this quality of down filling. My son is very slim, 5'6" tall, wears a 14-16 shirt, sweater, jacket. I ordered the 12-14 and it was roomy in the body but too small across the shoulders. Length was good and arms good, and we liked the inner cuff that extends past the wrist. I returned it for the next size up which is a 16-18 and it's gigantic. It's made to fit over a barrel! How many 14 year old kids are shaped like a barrel? I'm so frustrated. What a waste of my time and money, and now two cold snaps have come, with 27 degree snow expected in the morning, and this stupid jacket doesn't fit him, the second time around. Why would they make a jacket like this and not label it for husky or give an indication it's for a very overweight person? My husband is 6'1', 185 and it's too roomy on him. The bottom of both jackets sticks out in the back like a puffy cape. I could grab 18" of extra down fabric that puffed out from his body. Cold air would rush right up there. Stupid design - should have put an elastic or at least tapered it. Have to return a second jacket and look somewhere else for a jacket. Poorly designed.

Perfect coatThis coat is warm, but not bulky. The husky is a perfect fit for my son. I purchased it during the 30% off sale so the price couldn't be beat.

Great style and fitI ordered this coat for my 6 year old son. I couldn't be more pleased with it. It's very well made. He especially loves the built in hand warmers. It's not too bulky so there's no problems buckling in the car with it on. The style is very nice as well. Good colors. Overall I would highly recommend it!
