Bra of my lifeI have an interesting experience with this bra. By interesting, I mean that I owned the 36DD when I was heavier, then I bought a 36D when my breasts became smaller from weight loss.I love this bra. As a 36/38DD-er, it was the first time I found a bra that was supportive, comfortable, and minimizing all at once. You could see the seam of the edge of the bra through my shirt sometimes, but it never bothered me. The straps are not adjustable, but they're at just the right length. I don't have to worry about those adjusters digging into my skin. Originally intended as a sports bra, this became my everyday bra. My breasts looked great in this bra - perky and round. The more I wore this bra, the softer it would get. It took a long time for these bras to finally stretch out. Even at a cup size smaller, I still keep my soft, old bras around for wear around the house. Then I lost weight and my breasts became smaller. Not wanting to fix was wasn't broken, I went ahead and bought this bra in 36D. Supportive, comfortable, and minimizing, just like last time. Except for... pointy cups? Yes, it's true. My perfectly round breasts were no longer perfectly round, but pointy! Not pointy like bras from the 1940s, but just enough to put me off. I was sad, my trusted wonderful bra that I loved was making me pointy. But I wouldn't give up. I wore that bra anyway! After about a week, and much to my content, the cup of the bra conformed to the shape of my breasts. No more pointy-ness, just lovely roundness. The moral of the story - if you bought this bra in a D cup or smaller and experienced the pointy effect, don't give up. Keep wearing it and it will conform it's shape to you. It will become a great bra, but you must let it.

Perfect for the older, active womanLily of France really has something here that is excellent for the older, active woman. It's listed as a sports bra, but I wear them for every occasion. I accidentally discovered them when buying regular bras. They have spoiled me and now, the woman who hated wearing bras, has no problems with them. Perfecto!!

Fantastic....if you buy a size larger!I wanted to keep this bra. Unfortunately it doesn't fit."Did you have a momentary lapse of memory and forget your own bra size when you ordered this?" you ask. Um....NO! These are just sized incorrectly.I find it irritating when certain manufacturers make a bra and size it inconsistent with the norm. If you call a bra a 34DD, make it fit the average 34DD cup; don't make it fit a 34D (because those folks will have purchased the one labeled "34D" [duh! ;)]So, if you are like me and you ACTUALLY wear a DD, you are out of luck because the DDs aren't really. If you happen to wear a D or smaller, you are in luck (just buy a size up). And, of course, they don't make any "DDD that is really a DD," so I return to my search for a sports bra.The thing is, this would be a GREAT sports bra, especially for someone with a DD or DDD cup - they just don't make any that fit that size. I say that it would be great because it IS really supportive and comfortable and soft and the straps are wonderfully comfy and padded. As I said, I WANTED to keep this bra (but that little thing like my boobs not actually being fully contained by the cups sort of snapped me back to reality). It is a fantastic sports bra (the only other issue - which I could get over - is that the cups create an odd "pointy" shape out of your breast; Weird, but I could live with it)! But, these are just totally mislabeled or mischaracterized, size-wise.

great sports braI really like the bra. For me personally, I would have liked the shoulder straps to be adjustable. Otherwise, it is a super sports bra
Tennis Mom - Review from Amazon.com
ComfortableI was pretty happy with the sports bra. It looks like an old lady's bra (big straps) but playing tennis in it is great. The straps say put and I don't even notice it's there.
