Favorite training/racing shoeThis shoe is BY FAR my favorite training and racing shoe. I have ran in almost every brand and was sold on the first step. I run 80-90 mile weeks and wear these every run and feel great. So comfy, light, and make you feel fast. Very little cushioning but I have grown to love the feeling and my body actually feels better.

Great shoe!I am a teacher and am on my feet all day. When I wear this shoe I do not have sore feet at the end of the day.

falling apartI really loved the fit and look of this shoe and would still be wearing them if the insole hadn't torn and the stitching hadn't come unravelled! I had to replace the insole of one of the shoes with a store bought one after just a few weeks and some of the stitching has come unravelled so that all of the detailing of the shoe is gaping away from the fabric part of the shoe. VERY disappointing after less than 3 months wear indoors at that gym!

Great Transistional ShoeI have been working on transitioning to a minimalist running shoe. Since I can't run everytime in my minimalist shoe I needed a nice transistional shoe. This shoe is perfect. It is light weight and supports a mid-foot strike with more padding than a minimalist shoe but you can still feel the road. However, if you run with a heel strike with no intention to move to a mid strike then do not get this shoe. There is not enough cushion to support a heel strike.Like some other reviewers have noted the base is narrow. I have a wide foot and normally wear asics. For street/dress shoes I wear a 9 but for my asic running shoes I always go up a size. I ordered a 10B in this shoe and it fits just fine. It is a more fitted shoe but my toe base still has plenty of room. The color is true to the picture and looks great on the feet.Overall, two thumbs up.

Kindof disappointed with New BalanceI have worn new balance running shoes for 12 years now. I have been wearing the 890 for some time now and I bought this shoe to replace them because the review said that it was modeled after the 890. The shoes run small so I had to return the first pair and order a size larger. They fit but they dont feel right and they crunch my toes after running for a few hours. The 890s never did. New Balance seems to be changing the way they make shoes and there is no longer any consistency.
