cheap and functionalCheap and functional is about all you can say. The handle is heavier than the pan so it won't sit flat on the stove until you put something in the pan. But hey, it's super cheap so what would you expect. Can't believe Paula Deen actually uses this stuff when company comes over though. I bought it because i wanted a non stick pan for scrambled eggs.
