Awesome fitLove the look of this aviator. It fits perfectly on the shape of my face and they are quite light. I like the gold frames because they go with well my accessories which are usually gold.

I suspect The Authenticity Of These RaybansThis is my second pair. The first pair were damaged, the Rayban box they came in was damaged, but not the outside box. I returned them and am still awaiting my refund.Immediately after returning these I ordered a second pair and they had the same defect, (nose pads/fit couldn't adjust/loose sloppy fit) so I took them to two local opticians and was told the same thing. They pointed out issues normally associated with pirated items, such as the screws holding in the stems were of different colors/length, polarization not strong, glue residue where it should never be, different box than the model the glasses came in, damage in the glasses and inside boxes but the outside shipping boxes were undamaged and clean.

Colour Clarification - Size updateI purchased these for my 19 year old daughter. Just to clarify, because I was quite confused by some of the photos I looked at... In some photos, this pair of glasses look quite pink and even though they are not advertised as such, appear to be gradient. I really didn't understand what part of the pair is "silver". What I received is: gold frame, light brown lens and very slighly mirrored. They do not appear pink at all and I still can't figure out what is "silver" in any type of light. They are NOT gradient. The lens is quite light and even with the mirroring, looking at my daughter wearing them, I can clearly see her eyes through the lens. The glasses have some weight but have a very fine frame. The arms are needle thin, yet the frame feels sturdy. I will keep them anyway, but I wish they had pink tint/mirror and were gradient with perhaps a darker colour of brown.UPDATE- My daughter has had two pairs of these glasses in the exact same colour: 58 mm and 55mm. Now that she has the right fit, I can say that the 58 mm is too big big. the lens is large on her small face and they are too loose on her head. Altho the 55mm are only 3mm smaller, there is a huge difference. The lens ts noticeably smaller and the arm fit is much better. I would recommend the 58 mm for an average sized man and the 55 for an average woman.

Size matters!I have a pair of new wayfarers which I love, and decided I wanted some aviators. I chose gunmetal grey, g-15 XLT, nice understated color, and not mirror lenses. But beyond being absolutely sure which color I wanted, I ended up being the Goldilocks of sunglasses. First I got the small 52mm aviators, which ended up being WAY too small for me. I learned the hard way that the mm sizes is not specifically the distance across your face, it's the size of each lens. I have the 52mm in the new wayfarers which fit perfectly, so don't let that lead you to a size in aviators, because the size doesn't translate. So then I got the 55mm in the aviators and they were a tad snug on the side of my face. Then I ordered the 58mm. These seem to be the best choice for me and I realllly love them. They're lightweight and comfortable. In the end, I learned the mm size will have a little to do with the distance across the face, being the lens get bigger, but it just wasn't as cut and dry as I thought. It's really best to try these on in person before ordering to know which size fits you best. Good luck!
