The Shun Blue collection features a high-carbon steel cutting core for a razor-sharp edge and quick resharpening. Carbon steel core is sandwiched between two layers of mirror-polished stainless steel for easy care. Hand-sharpened 16° double-bevel blade for superior sharpness and edge retention. Full tang design. Signature octagonal PakkaWood handle in smokey grey fits comfortably in the hand for a secure grip. Includes a traditional Japanese saya, or wooden sheath.
