Very sharp and lightweight. The blade is thinner than a traditional blade and falls through the food easier. Very high quality knife, worth every penny!

An amazing knife! How did I ever live without it? (rhetorical)Cooking has almost become a joy, slicing takes barely any time and energy. The indentations on the sides really help when cutting 'sticky' food, like potatoes or hard cheeses.
