I have several Too Much Fun Dresses for a reason. They are perfect!!! The fit is just right for me ;) This particular dress material is much heavier than my others. Which is good, because I paired it with a dark blue long-sleeved shirt and a hunter green cardi. It was perfect for a fall outing.

This is my third Too Much Fun dress, and its just as wonderful as the others. The fit has been very consistent for me- a small is slightly tight through the waistband (which actually hits at my second rib), but perfect everywhere else. I don't mind this because it looks so cute and doesn't cut into my belly like it would if the waist were lower. The material on this particular dress is significantly heavier than the other Too Much Fun dresses I have- perfect for fall and winter with some warm tights and a cardigan. Beautifully made and absolutely worth the price!

Initially I ordered a Medium for this dress because the only other ModCloth dress I own (I would own dozens of them if I could afford it...) was a small and I could barely breathe when wearing it. The medium was way too big, though, so I returned it and got a Small instead. The return process was very easy, and ModCloth ships things so fast it leaves me spinning. The small fits well ... I think I could have gotten away with an XS, if the waist were a little lower and actually at my waist as opposed to my ribs. I'm used to this problem, though, as I'm tall and have a long torso. It was also a little shorter than I would have liked - it hit a couple of inches above the knees - but, again, I'm used to this due to my above-average height. The dress itself is just beautiful ... I love the colors in the plaid. And the fabric is very, very good quality with a nice lining that gives the dress more substance, which makes it perfect for Fall. I can't wait to wear this dress out and about.I've included some pictures, as I always find that helpful when reading reviews, but I apologize for the poor lighting.

By accident I ordered a xs even though I'm usually happier in a s, but it fits really well. However the waist is a little high and I'm very short so I don't think that has anything to do with sizing. The colors are lovely, so autumn appropriate and the fabric is thick and very good quality. The length is also very good for people who are height challenged :) . It hits me below the knee. Oh and pockets! I love the pockets! So happy with this pretty dress <3
