Mounted to the wall by a metal backplate, this modern wall light features a sinuous shaped shade made of sustainable Capiz shell panels. The panels are surrounded by a hand-wrought, recycled steel frame with a silver-bronze finish that accentuates the champagne finish and natural color variations of the shells. When illuminated, light shines upwards through a mesh diffuser and downwards through a frosted acrylic diffuser, creating a warm glow that projects the feeling of tranquility and elegance.
