Easy to use and goes in the dishwasherI have a tiny workspace and still managed to use this large rolling pin to make sugar cookies.It's been through the washer three times now and still looks brand new.The only "trouble" I had was I rolled my dough too thin! It's that easy to use.I have standard kitchen drawers (1980s house) and it easily fits lengthwise in one of them.

Best rolling pin availableI am based in the UK and could not find a really good silicone rolling pin, until now.This excellent rolling pin has quality written all over it, the moment you pick it up. It doeseverything it claims to do. Even though i had to pay for shipping from USA it was well worth every penny and would recommend this to anyone considering buying this particular pin. Fine bakingThis rolling pin is an essential item if you make a lot of pastry. My husband makes Sausage rolls an English dish where basically you make shortcrust pastry and wrap it around sausage meat. The ability to ge the pastry at a good and even thickness makes for even cooking, brush with egg yolk and they come out shiny and very tempting. All of our friends love these and they are always an order for any occasion! With this rolling pin, the pastry doesn't stick so you do not waste any time or any pastry, a must in the kitchen!!!
