Superior bakewareAfter I bought my first piece - now have every gold touch piece available. Best by far - replacing expensive Kaiser Le Forme which I also like. Bakes beautiful and even. I use Williams Sanomaspray that has flour in it so is very easy to grease. Bought it for all 3 of my children and they love it too. A must have if you like to bake.

Superior cooking and easy clean upThis pan takes a little extra work as you must butter and flour it before filling so if you are baking a large quantity you may want two. This is quite pricey thus the 4 star instead of 5 star rating. Williams-Sonoma puts bakeware on sale from time to time so when they are on sale snap these up! You won't be sorry!Aside from cost this pan turns out consistent results that are spectacular. A neighbor borrowed my pans and it was her first time making these cookies and they turned out perfect!Clean up is a breeze as well! I love the Gold Touch line and have replaced as many of my non-Gold touch pans slowly with Gold Touch as I can count on it to produce consistent results. If you take care of them when cleaning and storing they should last a lifetime.

Buyer BewareI bought this pan to add to my tin pan collection in order to produce more cakes at one time. Each time I baked in this pan, the cakes came out dark brown, as though the sugar in the cake caramelized, thus burning. I tried several different temperatures. I believe the non-stick coating is what caused this. I'm going to go to another website and order another tin pan for 1/3 of the price. It may require adding a little butter and flour to ensure they come out each time, but having to throw away several batches also means money down the drain. Or in this case, in the trash.
