I adore fashion, every thread, bead, and shoe. I love many styles, but right now I'm into hippie and minimalistic-modern looks. However, I still secretly love bright colors and creative accessories. I'm a firm believer that the classic tee (in white, black and gray) will never go out of style. I'm into designers--especially Chanel, Dior, Marc by Marc Jacobs, See by Chloe, and Christian Loboutin, but you can look equally as fabulous with something a little less pricey, of course. The best things in my closet I found at consignment or vintage shops. I try to mix $$$ with reasonable.
I'm 18, and I hope to continue this hobby as possibly a good job. Also, I regard my taste as kind of eclectic 'cause I like so many styles. Wait, except really preppy. That's a no-no.
You all probably know many fashion ideas came from some of the great artists of the past. Van Gogh, no matter how other-worldly and strange his paintings may have been, is no exception. Note the bursts of color, wavy, organic lines, and creative juxtapositioning of natural colors.
It's the grand, sweeping, billowy chords of Debussy's most famous piano composition, Clair de Lune that remind me of these beautiful pieces. Note the soft, feminine touches, graceful lines, and whimsical, almost dreamy colors...c'est magnifique.
The more money you save on a great outfit, the more you have in your pocket for mojitos! It's not hard to look expensive if you choose the right pieces. Only splurge on items you'll want to wear again and again, like a quality pair of statement-making shoes!
A fresh take on the classic Seattle grunge look of the 90's. Include a faded pattern for a relaxed look that's still visually interesting. To keep from looking too bulky, opt for leggings or fitted skinnies and a smart shoulder satchel. This look is perfect for a October morning walk in town!
