The best way I think of Grunge and Leather looks like this...with messy hair pulled under the hat and slouchy clothes. Just b.c. you are grungy, doesn't mean you are dirty. Leather put on every almost every piece...
To me, grunge means not being finished....leaving off the typical necklace helps.
