I love antique and vintage, 50's retro, red and burgundy and all combinations of those colors and the ones in-between, jadeite, red glass and animals with sweet dispositions- not necessarily all in that order. I love velvets, silks, soft cottons and bamboos- all of the "natural" fabrics with a beautiful and decadent feel. I love good food and cooking, and giving dinner parties where everyone leaves feeling happy, satisfied, and like they've just had a great evening with great friends and family and great food. I love home decor and interior design, and enjoy comfortable things, rooms and places with a welcoming, lived-in feel. If I had to describe my ultimate interior design style, it would probably be called "high-end noveau brothel." Cushy, comfy, moody, dark and opulent.
I love fall, spring and winter because I get to wear more layers and clothes. I seem to never know what to wear in summer and love the weather, but not having to dress for it.
