Forget diamonds (okay, not really!) but functional flats are a girl's best friend too!

So, if you're anything like me, you absolutely love all the colorful flats that have been in style lately. Since I'm only 5'4", I have to adore flats to wear them. Hence why I'm so excited this season. I can actually exchange my 3-to-5-inch heels and platforms a few days a week for cute, comfy flats. (I do have to endure all my coworkers saying, "Wow, I never realized you're so short!" But these shoes make it worth it!)
Since my flats end up being the go-to throw-on item, I try not to overspend on them. Mine usually wear out more quickly than some of my fancier shoes.
Here are some adorable options for right around or under $100. I already own the Me Too and French Sole styles and both are soo comfy and look cute with anything from jeans to dresses.
Make your feet happy with flats!

A few weekends ago I had a busy Saturday. My day started with a facial; then I was headed straight to a wine festival; then to a birthday cookout; then to an evening party. I needed a great outfit that would work out in the heat, plus that would hold up until late night. This is exactly what I needed:
- A simple summer dress with a great pattern
-Comfy flip flops that could be turned in for heels later in the night
-A big, colorful tote that would coordinate with my outfit and hold all the wine lists I picked up
- A wallet that could double as an evening bag later in the night
- Easy jewelry that would look cute no matter the time of day
-Makeup that's easy to touch up
-A pair of fabulous, big sunglasses that would protect my eyes and hide any wine-induced haze!
