Yeah it started working after a while, I was persistent enough to keep trying. I think it is my connection tho, I had some other problems and the internet guy said that they're changing the optics or something... thanks for checking it out, though!

Hey Mike, I just want to personally thank you for celebrating my 5000th look. You guys were fast! I just posted my 5000th and a few minutes later I got the tweet, saw the blog and squealed. :) I really love this site, I can't go a day without checking shopstyle even when I'm really tired or busy I'll log on just to see what's going on. You created something amazing here, and for that I really thank you. These past three and a half years have been a blast and I am definitely sticking around until I can reach my 10,000! ;)

In 2006 an intrepid band of shipwrecked programmers and fashion mavens conceived of and launched a website the likes of which the planet had never seen. Thus was born ShopStyle, which over the next 3 years attracted countless visitors and addicted fans. To celebrate our birthday we give back to you, the community, a reborn look builder which allows you to:

- remove pesky backgrounds from images for easy layering

- search the store for products within the editor to add to your look

- upload your own images to use in your looks

- hundreds of favorites? easily search your favorites for any item
