Miley Cyrus may be just a teenager, but she looks as sleek and gorgeous as Hollywood's top leading ladies in this slick long-sleeve black sequin dress and double-strap Mary Janes. The shoes belie her youth, but the dress could be worn by a woman of any age.

We're not quite sure where Miley got her crazy tree-print sequin baby blue tank dress, but we love that she had the guts to wear it -- it's adorable, especially when paired with cutesy gold T-strap shoes.
