Yellow is not a color in which everyone looks good - it depends on your skin and hair tone. Some people tend to look fantastic, some tend to look a little washed out or sallow.

Luckily for me, yellow flatters my skin tone - I say luckily because it's one of my favorite colors - and if it didn't suit me I'd probably wear it anyways.

This is a look for all my fellow yellow lovers!

Shades of Grey

Grey is one of my favorite colors when it comes to my wardrobe. I have grey skinnies, grey teeshirts, grey sweaters, grey everything. This cute little outfit plays on my love for all things grey (or silver)...start with one easy frilly minidress, add a belted metallic coat with a peter pan collar, a big black bag (I chose the B.Fendi, but you could just as easily substitute something less ridiculously expensive) and a really gorgeous silver ring.

I figured the look needed a spash of color, and what better place then on your feet? These red canvas wedges perfectly fit the bill.

When incorporating a current trend into your wardrobe, simplicity is often the best chioce. Paired with a basic white belted trench, these ankle boots and dark wash skinny jeans play on fashion's current preoccupation with all things 80's '- without screaming "Fashion Victim".
