New York in March???

Hello ladies! I am taking a trip to NYC in March (staying at the Waldorf, yay!) and seeing as how I have never been there before, I was trying to figure out

a) weather
b) what to wear?!

Any help or advice would be much appreciated!

I have already purchased a new bag for the trip, the Kooba Jenny cross body bag in Chocolate ( i figured this would be an easy one that I wouldn't have to hold in my hand or on my shoulder)
