A casual bit hip look. The shirt tail cardigan is jus a lil bit avant garde,sheer top is nice and feminine.Although the bermuda shorts isnt the "it" length it allows a balance between sexy and polished.Round toe pumps are classic and completes the look I am going for.

It is somewhat difficult to wear a short shorts and look fashionable and not overly sexy. A Safari jacket and a layering tank of the same shade says adds structure and makes the more tasteful in oppose to overtly sexy.The sandals may be flat or as shown depending on wether you want to dress down.
