I really loved the print of the dress and decided to use it as a skirt (since there was a lesser variety of bottoms compared to tops). I've always loved using dresses as skirts because it makes me look at that particular piece in a new way and it feels like new. This dress has an empire waist so for the look, I'm hoping it would sort of pleat and puff up a little at the bottom of the tank, kind of mimicking the ruffles at the neck of the top. But only very slightly. The short jacket would be worn to kind of balance out the bottom and prevent the torso from looking too long. The bag and shoes are darker and more neutral to let the attention shine all on the gorgeous ruffles of the top and the whimsical pattern of the skirt/dress.
