I think joy has a very simple formula for me. My Joy is in the little and simple things in life.
I see joy in a cup of coffee on a rainy day ! in a walk outside in a sunny day ! Joy is when my cat is going like crazy running from one room to another trying to catch a fly! Joy is when i see a little kid's smile !Watching a little beetle moving slowly wondering where it is heading to! A flying balloon in a park ! couples holding hands !A face of an old man or a woman. A little piece of chocolate when am feeling down ! I can go on and on forever if i have to list the million little things that make me truly joyful.And am one hundred percent sure that each one of us has his own list.After all We do not need to look so far to find some joy in life :)
