In 2011, they founded their own design studio, Jan Plechác & Henry Wielgus, with the goal of transcending barriers between architecture, art and design. Currently, the duo is commissioned for internationally renowned galleries and brands around the globe. Their Neverending Glory Collection (2013) was inspired by chandeliers from five of the world’s most eminent opera houses. “If you imagine the grand, original chandeliers in these opera houses, they’re glorious," elucidates Plechác, “and the ‘neverending’ part relates to the profiles and the idea of infinite rotation – a neverending glory."
