In 1925 the small French foundry Le Creuset introduced its first cast-iron cocotte, debuting a vibrant color called Flame. A limited-edition release to mark the company's 90th anniversary, this cast-iron oven is a reproduction of the original Le Creuset cocotte. Only 1,925 have been produced, making this a truly special gift for cooks and collectors.
