WHAT IT IS A dual-ended tool with a spoolie brush and tapered, angled brush with firm synthetic fibers ideal for applying DIPBROW Pomade to the brows with precision. Imported. HOW TO USE IT Using the spoolie end, brush brow hairs upward. Dip the brush end into any cream-based brow product (works best with DIPBROW Pomade) and begin defining the lower arch of the brow. Then, brush brow hairs downward and begin filling in the tail of the brow in the direction that the hairs grow naturally. Continuously brush brows during application for the most natural-looking effect. Finish by lightly detailing the front of the brow in the direction that the hairs grow naturally.
