Assistance SHIPPING INFORMATION Orders are typically processed within 24 hours from the time we receive your order request, and are shipped pending order verification and credit card approval. All domestic orders placed before 2pm Pacific Standard Time (PST) are shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 2pm PST or outside of business hours are not guaranteed to ship the same day and will be processed the following business day. Orders ship during the business week, Monday through Friday (holidays are not considered business days). PLEASE NOTE: All orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday, unless otherwise specified. DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES Nancy Meyer ships all packages exclusively via UPS. (For international shipping options, please see below.) UPS is not able to deliver to Post Office boxes. All Nancy Meyer orders are shipped in a discreet box delivered by UPS. UPS and Nancy Meyer cannot be held responsible for Acts of God; i.e. shipping commitments delayed due to inclement weather or other unavoidable occurrences. If a package is not accepted or is refused and returned to Nancy Meyer, you will be issued a store credit for the amount of the purchase less shipping costs. All packages are insured by Nancy Meyer for their full retail value. Once your package has been delivered, Nancy Meyer is no longer responsible for providing insurance for your package. In the event your package is lost or stolen, we request your compliance with instructions given by Nancy Meyer in order to reclaim the value of the package. Non-cooperation could result in complete package and value loss. Packages with a merchandise value of $500 or more will require a signature upon delivery, unless otherwise specified during checkout. We ask that the customer is fully aware of and in agreement with our international policies and the conditions of purchase and delivery. Please see terms and conditions for international delivery listed below. $60.00 UPS Canada Express $80.00 UPS International Worldwide Expedited Special Notations: For all first time international customers, we request that the initial order is shipped to the billing address of the credit card used for purchase. When using an internationally issued credit card, we allow 1 – 5 business days processing time to verify the billing address information. Expedited international order processing and alternate shipping address delivery options are available for orders placed using a verified PayPal account. A flat rate of $80.00 USD will be the base charge for international destinations inside the designated country list. A flat rate of $60.00 USD will be the base charge for Canadian destinations. If outside the current list of international destinations, the order will be evaluated on a case by case basis, and additional shipping charges may apply. The customer is responsible for ALL duties and taxes incurred during transit, which are to be paid upon arrival of the package. If the package is not accepted or refused at any point after it has been shipped, the customer is responsible for all expenses incurred thereafter. The customer will be responsible for any costs incurred during the processing of returns and exchanges. Due to import restrictions, all orders to Russia must ship to a verified commercial address. TRACKING YOUR ORDER You may view the status of your order and tracking information anytime by logging into your account. Once you have logged in with your email address and password, select "My Account" at the top of the page. Select “View Order Status and History" to view your full order history and current tracking details. Pending: Your order has been received and is currently being processed. Shipped: Your order has been processed and is ready to be picked up by UPS. The tracking number will activate once the package is in transit. Cancelled: Your order has been cancelled, either by request or to update information. Updated orders are shown as a new order number in your account history. GUEST ORDERS We recommend creating a Nancy Meyer account to easily access your order history and status. When shopping as our guest, tracking details are available on your shipment confirmation email. CANCELLATION POLICY Orders may be cancelled or modified prior to shipment. Cancelling an order will result in no charge to your credit card. If you would like to submit a cancellation or modification request, please contact a Nancy Meyer associate at 1-800-605-5098 during business hours as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we are no longer able to cancel or modify the order. Nancy Meyer's Return Policy applies to all shipped orders. If a package is not accepted or refused and returned to us, a store credit will be issued less the original and return shipment costs. Gift Cards may not be returned, redeemed for cash or refunded to credit card used for purchase. All returned packages must be received by our Returns Department within 14 days from the date your order is delivered. When using the courtesy return label included with your package, please allow up to 5 business days for shipment within the 14 day deadline (see below for holiday return exceptions). Eligible returns must have all original tags attached and will not be accepted if they have been worn, altered, washed or damaged. Ineligible returns will be shipped back to the sender at the purchaser's expense. Holiday gifts purchased between November 16th and December 24th must be received by our Returns Department by January 10th the following year. Valentine's gifts purchased between January 15th and February 14th must be received by February 28th. Please Note: Due to the delicate nature of our products, please take care when returning items to us. Padded or molded garments must be packaged delicately to ensure there is no damage to the cups. Nancy Meyer reserves the right to refuse any package that is poorly packaged or damaged and by way rendering the items unsalable. Every item shipped is inspected by a senior staff member to ensure quality control. Please use care when trying on the garment for fit. Body creams, heavy perfume and jewelry can cause the garment to become soiled or damaged and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged. If the garment is soiled, damaged, washed or if any of the tags have been removed, the garment will be sent back to the purchaser at the purchaser's expense. Shipping and gift wrap charges will not be refunded. All item(s) marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged. Nancy Meyer does not offer price adjustments, including sale and promotional sale merchandise. We cannot accept exchanges on hosiery, fragrance products or special and customized orders. In the case that defective merchandise is received, Nancy Meyer is happy to provide a replacement of the same style and size, provided the return meets all other standard return guidelines. How to Exchange an Item(s) To ensure the item(s) you wish to exchange for does not sell out, please contact us via email or phone so we may place the item(s) on hold. Once the item(s) is placed on hold, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RA #) associating your return with your exchange item(s). If you do NOT receive an RA # your package will be processed for a merchandise credit. Exchanges must be made within 14 days from the time you receive your package. Once you have selected an exchange item(s), please provide the style name, size, and color via one of the following options: Online: Email your list of exchange item(s) to . Include this form with the returning merchandise. You may also detach and keep the customer packing receipt for your records. Once your exchange is processed, an exchange confirmation email will be sent to the email address indicated on the Return Form. If the price of the exchanged item(s) is greater than the amount of the returned item(s), the balance can be charged to the credit card on file for the original order with the cardholder's authorization. If the price of the exchange is less than the original item(s), the remaining amount will be issued in the form of a merchandise credit. Please allow up to five business days from the time we receive your package for your exchange to be processed. How to Return an Item(s) for Merchandise Credit To ensure proper merchandise credit, please fill out the Return Form included in your package, listing your Web Order Number, contact information, and the item(s) you are returning to Nancy Meyer. Include this form with the returning merchandise. Detach and keep the customer packing receipt for your records. Returns must be made within 14 days from the time you receive your package. A merchandise credit will be issued for all returned item(s) with an expiration of one year from the date of issue. An email will be sent to the original purchaser, or person otherwise specified on the Return Form, with the merchandise credit code and how to use it online. Please allow up to five business days from the time we receive your package for your return to be processed. Packaging Your Return Please make sure all tags are attached and garments are in their original condition. As some garments are delicate in nature, please take care when packaging your return. Garments featuring padded or molded cups, underwire, or other hardware must be shipped in a protected box to ensure eligibility for return. Please note: as the Nancy Meyer gift box is not approved for shipment, returns shipped without an exterior protective envelope or box cannot be accepted and will be returned to the sender. Shipping Your Return 1. Using our pre-paid return label (excluding international orders) Once you have placed the label on the outside of the box, simply drop the box off at a UPS Authorized Shipping Center or call 1-800-PICK-UPS to schedule a pick up. If you choose to use this label, a shipping fee of $15 will be deducted from your merchandise credit. If no merchandise credit is available, the remaining balance will be charge to the credit card used for purchase. OR 2. Using your own label: Please use an insured and trackable method.
